Radiographic Testing (RT)

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

Penetrant testing is a widely used method for detecting surface cracks, porosity, and other surface defects. We apply a liquid dye onto the surface and use a developer to bring out any indications of defects.

X-ray Testing

X-ray testing utilizes electromagnetic radiation to penetrate materials and generate images. This method is ideal for identifying internal defects, such as cracks, in metal components and structures.

Passivation

Passivation is critical in the NDT process that involves the treatment of material components to enhance its resistance to corrosion by creating a protective oxide layer on its surface.

Visual Inspection (VT)

Our experienced inspectors conduct thorough visual examinations to identify surface defects, corrosion, and other visible anomalies.
